Appears to be new but the straps are a little dirty and a couple minor scratches (see pictures). By Thule. Carries up to 3 bikes. Soft cushion pads protect trunk and hatch. The pictures show that is missing 4 bike straps, which it was, but we ordered them. So, now the bike rack includes all 6 bike straps.
