New. Open box. Wooden part is 4” tall and 2” at its wides diameter. Screw top is 1” long and 1/4” wide. Includes the felt bottoms and a piece to put between the legs and the couch. There are a couple of minor imperfections (see pictures). They would not be noticeable.
