The 9” one is recommended for comfort height (16.5”-18” from floor to top of bowl) toilets and advanced squatters. One of the back legs does not sit flat off the floor(see picture). Both of them have this. Weight capacity is 250lbs. Made in the USA. There are some cosmetic marks on both.
