New. Open box. By Signstek. Color is black. Dimensions: 15.8” x 2.7” x 15.8”. Can be used for a chair or table. Made of 1/8” cold rolled iron. Each leg has 8 pre-drilled holes. Includes hardware. I had to touch up some areas with a black sharpie because it looked like the paint peeled off. However, it seems like it may have been part of the design. It is not easy to spot the areas that were touched up.
