New. Open box. By Totally-Tiffany. It has 4 pockets on 1 side: 12.5” x 4”, 8” x 6”, two 4” x 6”. The other side has a large pocket, 12.5” x 12.5”. All pockets have a flap closing. The large pocket is designed to keep 12” x 12” papers. Each sheet has 3 holes on the side so that they can be stored in a 3 ring binder. The sheets are a bit crinkled but it does not affect their function.
